Reservation Pre-Pay Terms

Sky Harbor Airport Parking will refund 100% of all deposits, as long the reservation has been unredeemed. All deposit refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make the deposit. Refunds can be done by the client using the reservation confirmation email sent during the booking process or by contacting Sky Harbor Airport Parking directly via email or phone.

If the refund cannot be issued to that card, Sky Harbor Airport Parking will make their best effort to refund to an alternative credit card or issue a credit to be used at a future date.

Monthly Program Terms (If Applicable)

You will not be charged at this time. You are required to finalize the setup with the cashier at Sky Harbor Airport Parking. At this time, you will prepay the first 3 months and be assigned a keycard.

If you finalize the setup with the cashier prior to the 15th of the month, you will pay for 3 full months. If you finalize setup after the 15th of the month, you will pay for half of the first month plus 2 full months. There is a $5.00 fee for the keycard. The initial prepaid amount is non-refundable should the account be closed prior to the end of the third month.

For the first 3 months you will receive an invoice, however the invoiced amount will pull from the credit on the account. The first recurring charge will be on the 1st of the fourth month.

All recurring charges are on the 1st of the month. It is your responsibility to keep your credit card information up to date to avoid deactivation of your account deposits.

By Reservation only. If stay is 7 days or more, the rate will adjust to $10.50/day for Uncovered. If actual days parked is less than 7 days, the rate will revert back to $11.95 for Uncovered. Weekly rate not available for covered.
